BHS Member Center: Common FAQ's

How do I log into the Member Center?

  1. Visit members.barbershop.org
  2. On the left-hand side click the word Login OR Click the SIGN IN button towards the center of the screen. 
  3. You will be invited to log in using a Username and Password. If you are a current member or associate, your Username is the email address associated with your BHS subscription (not your Member ID#). If you are a former user of eBiz, your password is the same. If you were not a former user of eBiz, you can choose the Forgot Password? option. 

How do I find my Member Center password?

  1. Your Member Center password is set by you. If you were a former user of eBiz, you would utilize the same password. 
  2. If you do not remember your password or your password is not working, you can use the Forgot Password option. 

How do I change my Member Center password?

  1. Visit members.barbershop.org
  2. On the left-hand side click the word Login OR Click the SIGN IN button towards the center of the screen. 
  3. Then, select My Account towards the left-hand side and then Profile. 
  4. To change your password, select the Reset Password option right. 
  5. You will see a blank Password and Confirm Password box. To change your password, type the new password that you'd like to utilize in this field. Scroll down, and press SUBMIT.
  6. Your password is now changed and you may be asked to resign in using your new password. 

How do I add/change/delete my personal information?

  1. Visit members.barbershop.org
  2. On the left-hand side click the word Login OR Click the SIGN IN button towards the center of the screen. 
  3. Then, select My Account towards the left-hand side and then Profile
  4. You should see a screen similar to the below with your information displayed. 
  5. To change your information, select the EDIT THIS INFORMATION button towards the bottom right-hand corner. 
  6. You will see your all information that you are able to update such as: 
    1. Your email address associated with your Member Center account (and BHS Membership/Associate Subscription)
    2. Your password
    3. Your First Name, Middle Initial, and Last Name
    4. Your preferred name
    5. Your gender
    6. Your contact phone number(s)
    7. Your Birthday
    8. How you heard about the Barbershop Harmony Society
    9. Your Spouse/Significant Other information
    10. Your Primary Voice Part
    11. Manage your mailed copy of the Harmonizer preference. 
  7. After editing, updating, or deleting information select the SUBMIT button. 

If someone in my chapter or districts personal information is incorrect, who should I contact? 

  1. If a member or associate information is incorrect, they can log into the Member Center to update it. 
  2. Otherwise, the individual can reach out to our BHS Customer Service Team at customerservice@barbershop.org or 1.800.876.SING. 
  3. Please note: The member or associate can not delegate another person to update their information.

How do I find another member or associate?

  1. Visit members.barbershop.org
  2. On the left-hand side click the word Login OR Click the SIGN IN button towards the center of the screen. 
  3. Then, select Members towards the left-hand side and then All Members.
  4. You will be able to search for a member or associate by typing in a first name, last name, email or Member ID#. 
  5. If you're unsure of the spelling of a member name, you can place % sign before your attempt, and the system will attempt to search for the individual.

Why can't I see other member or associates' phone number or address?

With the launch of our new Member Center, we took the opportunity to evaluate our privacy policy which can be found here:  https://members.barbershop.org/pages/data-privacy. The default information that other members will see about you is your name and email address. If you have been elected as a district or chapter leader, you will be able to access more detailed information about the members in your district(s) and/or chapter(s). In the future, we hope to have a way for our members and associates to opt-in to providing more information publicly. 

How do I cancel or adjust my membership subscriptions?
