Password Reset

If you have made purchases on the previous Marketplace site, or if you have signed in before on the new site but forgot your password, you will need to reset your account password. Here's how to do it:
  • Go to and select the Account link
  • Click My Account at the top right corner of the page 
  • Select Forgot Password 
  • Enter the email address you previously used on the shop site and select Reset Password. 

You will receive an email with a link that allows you to create a new password for your account. You'll use this email and password for future logins, so make sure to save this information for your records. 

PRO TIP: Even though you may be logged in, you will still need to enter your Member or Associate number at checkout to receive your discount.
